FREE WORLDWIDE EXPRESS SHIPPING & RETURNS FOR EXTRA-EU ORDERS OVER €700

For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs are as follows:

  • €10.00 in Italy
  • €20.00 in Europe
  • €60.00 for destinations outside Europe

In all cases, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in the order summary before the order is placed.

Returns for in-stock items are always free of charge.

Delivery of products purchased on sartoriavoglio.com usually takes within 5 working days in Italy and the EU, and within 8 working days for all other destinations.

We currently do not ship to the Russian Federation.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

MADE TO ORDER (MTO) items, identified as “MTO” on the product page or elsewhere in the shop, are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for MTO orders.

We ship all orders via DHL® to the delivery address provided at checkout. A signature from you or an authorized adult will be required upon delivery.

Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes and that deliveries are made only on normal working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You can track the progress of your order using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by accessing the ORDER HISTORY section of your MY ACCOUNT area. You will then be automatically redirected to the DHL website.

Delivery times may be subject to delays during holiday periods. Couriers do not make deliveries on 25 December, 26 December, 1 January, or weekends.

For orders paid by credit card, one additional working day may be required due to standard administrative verification procedures.

For orders delivered to destinations outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges.

 

Purchases made on the site www.sartoriavoglio.com may be paid by credit card or SumUp.
